Interfacility Transfer - Critical Care (Critical Care) - NOT TRANSFERING PATIENTS

As the title suggests, I am getting these missions and are not being transfered, even though I have the Correct Vehicles and the Correct Training!

The mission just sits there like the Patient Transfer missions fron Lifeboats! Can this be fixed any quicker??

Mine did until today!! But its still there and has been for over 3 hours
