Suggestion from YOU

  • Let me state my claim, and then I would like some of the US folks to see what they think about my plan and how it will play out.

So as most of you know, majority of fire departments are running EMS calls these days, and EMS services are busier than ever. I feel personally that I do not get enough EMS calls generated during my time of play. Whoever or whatever's fault that may be is not the point of this thread. My question for the rest of you folks is, has anyone ever put clinics in game as "nursing homes" or urgent care centers and just NOT transported to them and only used them for the patient transfer missions just to busy up your EMS units so it makes it more realistic? Before I start into making clinics at nursing homes I wanted some opinions. Thanks in advance.

  • Never thought of doing that as the County Fire System in our location and predominantly most of the state is Fire Based EMS. There are exceptions where Med Fleet, Sunstar, and other privates transport. But the fire units still respond as first units in most cases and that includes calls to nursing homes, urgent cares and clinics and treat until EMS transports arrive. However, I guess you could set your system up that way if you want... whatever works
