Is there a point to BLS ambulances? The Fly Car can treat and release, and the ALS transports.

Obviously I understand their purpose in real life, but in the game it isn’t clear going into the mission what you’ll need to send.

Are any of you using BLS ambulances? If so, how?

I have a regular fleet of BLS Ambulances, they are sent to calls with Alpha or Bravo level determinants, leaving ALS for higher priority calls.

That helps. I just started a new account after having my last one a few years. That last one had an ARR for every mission and the new one I’m trying to have hyper realistic units in each station.

I paid less attention to the MPDS and more to the amount of units for the ARR.

I think I’ll built my ARR different this time, again with more of an attention to realism.

I think the BLS,ALS is for RP. Beings I'm in LA County I use a lot more BLS Ambos then ALS. as my Squads (EMS Rescue) are able to do the follow up to hospitals with the BLS as they do here in LA

Medical status calls= A,B are BLS response. C,D,E, and Omega response are ALS or BLS with fly car or EMS Rescue

I have already submitted for Omega to be changed to Fly Car only required, as Omega is generally used for EMS deferral.
