I was admin of my old alliance and had left to create a new alliance but as I left a few people were co-admin. how do I get one of them as main admin? they can not create alliance buildings.

if they have joined you in your new alliance, you need to go to the members page and edit their permissions....
change it to financial (if you want them to deal with the alliance affiars) or just add them as admin where they have full rights to help you manage the alliance -

Oh thats not good. That will be down to the game devs to assist with that. Anyone who is co-admin can't change to full admin until game devs assist

no. they ended up abandoned the alliance and created something similar, they gave up little over 18 million in alliance credits and something like 40 hospitals and 16 schools
