I would like to propose an update to the staffing model for Medical Helicopters. Currently, these helicopters are staffed by only one individual, often lacking critical care training, which does not reflect the realistic demands of patient care during flight. Also, increasing to expansion maximum of 5 as some services will staff multiple helicopters.
To enhance realism and improve gameplay, I recommend that Medical Helicopters be staffed by a team of four, including up to two Critical Care Paramedics. This change would provide a more accurate depiction of real-world medical helicopter operations and offer a deeper level of strategy and immersion within the game.
