Add the option to flat-out refuse a call with no penalty, however, you do not get any credits. I have calls that stack up sometimes because it demands units I do not need and I have to wait days for them to go away.

all you have to do is ignore the mission and after so many hours it will be deleted by the system. There is no penalty for not finishing a mission anyway. So if you don't want to answer the mission, just skip over it.
