As my alliance works all trough the US, and I'm nowhere near most of the shared missions, I limited the shown missions to 300km.
However they still show in the filters, which is rather confusing

I've noticed those are all at/near Chicago, is it possible that these calls are within the setting you placed?

no, those calls are my own.
The issue are the 2 alliance calls,
which don't show up in the list
because they're further than the distance I set

They will always show the total alliance missions in the filter.
