Add a HWP station that spawns calls like “Random Breath test” and “Heavy vehicle enforcement”. Make it so these aren’t timed ones like the speed radar, and add a POI for a weighing area on highways for the heavy vehicle enforcement.

I like the idea, however it shouldn't be a seperate station, just an expansion and additional training for a normal police station

Well, I Mean, That Would Be Awesome, but use a police station and just label them Highway Patrol So You Can RP as HWP. That Would Be Some Good Calls To Be Added, but I Don't Think That We Need A New Station Just For Two New Calls.
