But I play daily all day (even at work when I can). I love the game and appreciate the efforts but can we PLEASE get a fix? Respectfully....

    What exactly do you think they're doing? Sitting around drinking coffee while making happy noises that they're not generating any money for their business? They've told you they are working on it, be patient and wait like the rest of us.

    Just expressing frustration and freedom of speech my friend. I am not the only one speaking out. Within an hour I had a dozen crashes. No way you can complete the daily or special tasks with this situation. I was speaking out politely and professionally.

    The problem continues today. It is simply impossible to complete the daily/weekend tasks, especially completing 900 missions. Here is a screen shot of a pop up I get prior to it crashing in some cases.

    It's happening on the Australian version, as well. I believe it's affecting all versions except the German one (not 100%, I only quickly flicked through their forum and didn't have issues signing up on it while I was unable to even get the Aussie version to load).

    I believe they host the German version on separate servers, and in general they provide much better service/support on that one compared to the rest, as it's their native version. It would make sense anyway.

    .In Germany, the players are a little more toxic to the operator.... there are several players with more than 20 billion and several over 10 billion who are pressing... that's why it runs relatively fast the last time the game was done on a backup server until the main server was repaired... don't know how long they need here, I've never experienced something like that on the German server.

The last time the game was played on a backup server until the main server was repaired... I don't know why it takes them so long here. I've never experienced anything like that on the German server, sorry. This is what is says
