The MC devs are fully aware of the issues and have engaged their IT team to investigate and resolve. Unfortunately, it will require patience for them to identify where the issues is coming from and then take necessary steps to resolve the issue.

We have all expressed our frustrations ....for sure.... but we also have been told by moderators and the mission chief team that they are aware and are working on it. The system is going to continue to periodically crash until they say they believe to have it fixed..

Why don't you get help from which you edit the German server. So I don't think it can be that hard, right? This time I'm posting directly in English.

It's really getting annoying. No information from the operator about the server problems. It keeps happening that you can't get into the game... so I'd say after about a week the IT professionals should have found the problem and fixed it. There are players here who have put a lot of money into the game, so you can at least give an update on how far you've got with the work on the server... the server isn't running properly but integrating a new mission is possible?
