It's been really intermittent since late last night for me (in the US). This AM I couldn't get in, and now I can, but I can't actually run missions.

I can get in well, but it's not possible to complete assignments. From germany the same problem with the missions..

Understood, I'm just presenting what I know. Is that they are aware of the issues across multiple platforms and are working on a resolution.
