Your game progress is saved you can un install and reinstall with ZERO LOSSES this game is able to be played on both PC and mobile at the same time (I have actually done that before as mobile can only see one screen at a time)

Not sure why its 72 GB but deleting it will (I'm 99% sure) not harm any of your MC data. Like FF171 said no data is actually stored on the device.
