I appreciate the new content, but the way this has been implemented is head scratching... why don't police SWR boats require a SWR for Police training? This would make them SO much more useful for SWR missions which seem like the whole point of this update? As of now, these units are not useful for sending as part of a multi-agency response for any missions requiring SWR personel and units. These units are literally only clutter as implemented today.

It would be nice when these new updates are released that there is a way to update units already owned.
I already have tactical rescue trucks, now I need to completely replace them all with new ones with boats, and the current ones have no trade in value or anything. It would be nice for this to be addressed. -

If it is possible to carry out, I think that for the first week or so you should be able to upgrade units like that for maybe just the difference (ie. Heavy Rescue Vehicle to Heavy Rescue with boat only having to pay 6820).
I also would like to see us be able to get a little bit back from selling apparatus at any time, even if it's only in the 10-25% range.
