Suggestion for MA/L

I have done some checking with friends in other FD's across the nation and majority have a Mobile Air and Light unit standalone or used buy a Utility vehicle set up as Air/Lighting unit. would it be possible to allow the Utility unit to utilize dual equipment the Mobile Air and Light tower? or allow the Mobile Air unit to equip the light tower?

i think the mobile air, lighting and generator equipment should drop down to size 5 as this is typicaly smaller equipment that most units utilize 2 or all 3 on bigger units like rescues.
