Posting this in hopes of some assistance or guidance on an issue that arose the other day (12.17.2024) on my account. (Username same as profile name, Klakodile)
While progressing through the day, I had noticed a lot of my bigger missions that usually bring in 30-40 patients, were simply clearing once the timer was done. I did a little digging, found some missions that show "minimum" patients and watched it until completion, just to see it close without giving any patients. Even my small calls (Animal Attack, Crushed Person, etc etc) doesn't spawn any patients. I've dug through my settings, turned off and back on dispatch centers, deactivated and reactivated extensions, all with no luck. Out of the 546 missions I completed yesterday, I somehow managed to only have 24 patients (LSSM stats), where as before this started (12.16.2024) I was doing 166 missions with 748 patients. It occurs on both web and mobile.
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated!
