Your Alarm and Response Regulations (ARR)

This might draw a lot of fire, but I don’t use alarm and response regulations. I find them clunky and difficult to use, hard to find the right call, and just overall not fun at all. I quickly open up the mission requirements and just dispatch the units that are needed. It might seem like that takes a long time, but for me it only takes about 10 seconds or so to select all the vehicles I need.

I may moving mine to be more like Gooochy with each dept being under a different head... Originally, I was going to have all the calls as one, but then decided using the "Single Vehicle" approach with the Missionhelper from LSSM worked so much better for me.
(NOTE: This is from my US version, but like the single vehicle w/ Missionhelper method... I feel I can do it faster that way lol)

Numbering them is genius, I cant beleive I didnt think of that for ordering ARRs the way you want them.

That's mine. I cant be bothered to screenshot all the tabs, but you get the idea.
Main Tab + General are specific units or combos for manually dispatching (does need some TLC)
Road incidents are self explanatory, as is RNLI and ARFF.
Then every other mission is sorted alphabetically except for major incidents (which I might move into their alphabetical categories, yet to decide that one yet) and event missions
I've only colour coded the units, not the mission types, but I might in future. -
