Exactly as title says. Do we think that equipment will be coming to AU? I'd love for us to get ladder equipment etc, to deal with the fact that the Devs think that a lot of rural fires need ladders

I'm curious as to how you came to that conclusion, as a lot of Australian fire appliances carry equipment that isn't provided with the base vehicles in game, such as certain CFS urban/rural vehicles carrying HAZMAT equipment, or larger ladders than just 2m folding ladder, or rescue equipment

Because it seems utterly pointless. I want to manage appliances, not whether Pumper 37843 has a Holmatro tool or whether Tanker 4432 has a Halligan onboard. I also don't want to manage non-emergency things like tow trucks, street sweepes or the councils graffiti removal team.

That's not what I'm getting at though. I'm talking large things, like rescue equipment in general, or a ladder or 2, a CAFS compressor, or HAZMAT suits and monitoring gear. I'm not interested in micromanaging the minutiae, I'm wanting to increase the capability of vehicles that wouldn't otherwise be able to do tasks.
I'm with you with tow trucks etc though, as afaik no emergency services in Australia have tow trucks for use with accidents. Lots have them for transporting their own vehicles, but fire trucks breaking down isn't in game, so there's no use for them
