Anything greyed out will be because you do not meet the requirements for the others to spawn.

If you are not getting many mountain rescue missions spawning in at all, it may be because of the ratio of other buildings, e.g. having 2 mountain rescue stations and 200 fire stations, mountain rescue missions will spawn far less frequently.

Yes I am aware of the emphasis on valid missions or insufficient resources

Finally, I have had the sole Mountain Rescue mission, once
It took about 800 missions before it appeared
At the same time built the Search and Rescue, and activated the HART Base
The ratio of HART Base missions is about 10%

I am wondering if the missing ATV Vehicle has caused the issue
Is there any information on the minimum number and type of vehicles?

As an aside, is there any short cut to show how many of each type of building there is?
According to my spreadsheet current :
Fire - 66 (52 active)
Ambulance (Rescue) - 82 (72 active)
HART Base - 1 (1 active)
General Practice - 57 (0 active)
A&E (Urgent Treatment) - 38 (0 active)
Hospital - 31 (0 active)
Police - 56 (41 active)
Search and Rescue -1 (1 active)
Mountain Rescue - 1 (1 active)

The requirements for each mission are available to view by selecting the mission through the "possible missions" menu. This will inform you as to the minimum number and type of each vehicle required.

The HART base will interface with a much greater number of mission variations than just mountain rescue. Hence the greater number of missions spawning.

As stated, you will receive many fewer mountain rescue missions where they make up a much smaller minority of your total active stations.

You have 1 active mountain rescue station vs 167 other active stations. Missions spawn on stations semi-randomly therefore the chances of a mission spawning for mountain rescue for you currently are very very low. You can try disabling more of your other stations and this should increase the number of mountain rescue missions you generate, or build more mountain rescue stations which will also gradually increase the number of missions generated by them.

I have compared my spreadsheet versus the Statistics tab and they do not match
Equally, it only shows some of the active buildings

Fire - 66 (52 active)
Statistics - 38

General Practice - 57 (0 active)
Statistics - 0

A&E (Urgent Treatment) - 38 (0 active)
Statistics - Missing / unknown

Hospital - 31 (0 active)
Statistics - 24

I am now getting the expected number of this mission per mission cycle
However once deployed the missing vehicles script does not run correctly
