okay so basically, it would be neat to treat the patients with the ALS ambulance, and transport them with the HEMS helicopter. the HEMS treats really slowly, so maybe speeding it up when paired with an ALS ambulance would be cool. if this is somehow already a feature, let me know.

Wow that must have changed. My HEMS were showing max persons 1 and i just went into the vehicle settings and found i could raise it to 5.
I always thought it odd that HEMS only had 1 person

Just changed recently. We had asked for an increase in helicopter staff for some time and the developers finally had time to initiate it

For those seeing this thread in the future, i also found the PD helo capacity can raise from 3 to 5 people also. The game does not automatically raise your max persons, so you'll have to edit vehicles one at a time.
