FIXED: AAR - Cannot set "Any Ambulance Unit" to > 1

The AAR for "Any Ambulance Unit" will report saved successfully, but will reset any value greater than 1 back to 1. So it seems the only accepted values are 0 or 1.

I wanted an AAR that dispatches 10 ambo's per click. I can do this with "ALS ambulances" without issue, but I want to include tactical and hazmat ambo's in the dispatch.
