I now have the premium account but i noticed one thing that doesnt work and that automatic hiring. ive had it over a month and got zero new hires i had to go in to my dispatch and change many from auto to 3 day cause well it doesnt work.. any suggestions or anyone else have this issue?

Automatic Hiring will only work if you set "desired staffing" per station, it will then hire up to the desired amount of staff.

and just where do you do that at cause i found nothing that allowsme to set limits on manning

Just as a follow-up, you can also set the desired personnel in your dispatch centre directly (which makes it easier if you doing en masse).
