i use one to track what I have all stationed at a station, equipment, and extensions. Every time I add a station the row id - 1 is the battalion numbering. so my 255th station is BC-254-1 RE-254-1 Q-254-1 etc.

I do not use google, but LibreOffice
My main spreadsheet is a summary by location and service
Each sheet thereafter is service, locations, vehicles and staff; Fire, Ambulance. Police. Rescue

This is what part of my Spreadsheet looks like, I mainly use it to keep track of what is at all my stations and what I have to expand or build next
