Is there anyway to have my ALS engine/ambulance in my medic stations utilize auto transport? I have gotten my ALS ambulances with the EMS Chief to auto transport but I also utilize the ALS engine/ambulance for the single resource calls such as “unconscious person, seizures, and sick person”.

Unfortunately i think you'll still need an ambulance to transport. I have a couple rescue engines (no als engine/ambulance companies) and they require ambulance to transport. But if I'm not mistaken it works the same way that an actual ambulance is required.

I am able to transport patients with my ALS engine/ambulance manually but just wondering if there is a way to automate it like the ALS ambulance with EMS Chief

Oh ok. Misunderstood what you wrote. It might not have the auto transport feature for those units.

Either or. I’m just trying to utilize my engine/ambulances since I already have them

the engine/ ambulance by itself can't initiate transport, you need the EMS chief for that to happen, and the box checked in the game settings
