I’m trying to transfer extra personnel from one station to another. It won’t allow that station I’m transferring from to have below 10 personnel. Previously I was able to transfer from one station to another and have stations with fewer than 10 personnel. Is this a bug within the game?

For fire, ems and police stations, the minimum personnel is 10 and you can't go below that number

Ok. I don’t understand why that has changed? Before I was able to go below that number. Can a dev or admin look into why this was changed. I’ll include screenshots if I need too, to prove I have stations below 10 personnel. It seems quite ridiculous to me to have all stations at a minimum mandatory of 10 personnel, when I don’t always need the full 10 personnel at one station, and need more than 10 at other stations. That was the purpose of transfers of personnel to begin with. I’m not hiring personnel for a station, when I can transfer from one to the other, or at least I could before.

As far as I know it's always been a minimum of 10 personnel and I've been playing since 2020. For aircraft stations, I think you can go below 10 but not normal stations

Ok. I know for a fact that this was changed. See pictures that show some of my stations are below 10 personnel. I’ve been playing since the game came out.

As far as I've heard it it was to prevent cheating of sorts from building a new station, transferring personnel out of that Station and refunding it

we use to be able to transfer down to as low as we wanted but that all changed about a year or 2 ago, kinda sucks when building realistically. now we got to wait to build up the personnel and or delete personnel
