I got around to looking at the note concerning the new mission and stated that I need a police drone with thermal imaging capabilities. I searched around and couldn't find a drone except for the FBI. Nothing for the police. What am I missing?

It appears it is available in police equipment. Another change in mission requirements that will require a lot of cost to put drones in your set up to be able to finish missions. These new "requirements should be optional and mission requiring them only appear "if" you have them

The announcement for this mission, quoted below, is a bit misleading as it mentions using both drones or helicopters, however, the actual mission requirement only lists a drone so I don't think helicopters will work. Also, I believe the Police Drone in the equipment section is the same thing as the FBI Surveillance Drone that is available at Federal Police Stations or Federal Police extensions.
