Exactly what it says on the tin, have two buildings, one HART base maxed out, one ambulance station maxed out. Cannot add HART base to ambulance station complex.

Forgive me if I'm missing something, but it states you need to add 4 buildings in order to create a complex, and you only have 2 showing on the screen?

Only the Police, Ambuolance & Fire can be added - I just looked at HART and I didn’t see the complex tab,
The only tabs I can see are vehicles & Extensions (Mass/MCE)
Any building type that can be added to a complex, would have “complex” tab -

You can create a building complex without needing 4. I have multiple scenarios where I have 2 maxed out ambulance stations combined together like this scenario. What I'm trying to say is that HART bases cannot be added to any complex base as it does not have the "Building Complex" tab.
