I need to create another extension in addition to the fire investigation extension, but it appears blocked. How can I unlock it to purchase another extension?
or how do I revert the building complex thing?

If you purchased the "small fire station" you can only have one (1) extension. You will have to upgrade to the large station.

Not sure what you mean by reverse, but if you buy a "small" station you can upgrade it to a large one

if you are referring to the building complex, I don't believe you can reverse that.
