Allow Quints / Engine tankers to carry Medical Equipment.

Hello,

I run a setup where my Fire Department units also function as ALS providers. Currently, I have my Battalions, Engines, and Ladders configured as ALS, but I would like to see the option for Quints and Engine Tankers to also carry medical equipment. This would provide more flexibility and realism in how departments deploy their resources.

I think this should be an option, especially for the quint. I can think of 4 Quints (two as quints, one as a truck company, the other labeled as a truck, but ran as a quint) close to where I live that all have Paramedic level medical equipment on board. There are 4 other "Quints" (whether ran as such or Truck Companies that have pumps and water) that might.
