Hi all,
I've got an issue where one of my buildings, the vehicles within it and the staff have disappeared.
I have tried to email two times as well as sending a message via FaceBook messenger but have had no response.
Is there a best way to contact someone who would be able to look into this?

The app support channel is the best way to go, as account specific issues must be handled by the Customer Service team.
