EMS Chief Bug or Error

I have all my settings correct but I find that from time to time the same thing happens. However, I often wonder if it is due to the EMS Chief not getting there in time to assign. The frequency of how often it happens is not one that I have a lot of heartburn with.

I am now having this same issue with EMS mobile command and ems chiefs, is there a fix in the works?

Unfortunately, even with this active the issue still persists.

I have noticed it sometimes happens if you send the chief on a "2nd alarm/ dispatch"

EMS Chief still not assigning hospital transport

I noticed if the ems chief doesn't arrive before the ambulance requires transport the ems chief won't auto transport

i think you are partially correct. My EMS Chief does not always arrive first, but I in most cases units transport after he arrives, however if he is responding and the ambulance has the patient for more than a defaulted amount of time, it asks for transport. Not 100% sure on that, but it seems that way

I just tried sending my EMS Chief to a mission before the ambo, waited couple minutes, then sent ambo. EMS Chief still doesn't assign a hospital

a lengthy suggestion... toggle the settings off. close the game, then restart the game, toggle the setting back on, close the game. and restart game, see if that works

tried it, it didn't work

Add to manfromcny sequence after logging out.... clearing your cache after logging out and closing game. Then close browser, re-open and follow remaining steps.

Did all that, still doesn't work

Start getting screenshots of everything, settings - both global and specific unit, and calls and send ticket to support

I can't think of anything else that might work, except delete all chiefs and rebuy

over 500 EMS Chiefs to do

Thanks for the help everyone. I didn't realize there was a settings tab in my profile, (Thanks EMS-Chief) When I checked in the settings tab, automatically assign hospital was unchecked.
