You would need to purchase an Ambulance at an Ambulance station, then move it to the Fire Station

I tend to purchase all my Ambulances at the Workshop then move them from there

I read that is you are looking for the number to decrease, like the number of remaining stations? Is that right? If that is what you are expecting that number wont decrease, it just tells you for every 20(15 for premium) you can buy a MCV.
