Patient Transfer Missions

    Not sure if bug or intended, so thought I'd report it to get feedback.

    I currently have 12 Hospitals/UTC's and about 11 Transfer resources (Critical Care and Non-Emergency mix) but I only ever get 2 Patient Transfer / Critical Care Missions at a time regardless of resource location or availability and number of patients in hospital.


    Is the number of concurrent transfer missions supposed to increase like it appears to on the US version, or is it capped to two?

    The number of transfers you get is based on the number of hospitals/clinics you have and increases exponentially ("I think"???). I have a huge set up covering the entire state of Florida and parts of Alabama and Georgia and the max transports/transfers I ever get is 10. I hope this helps???

    Probably just not hit enough hospitals then :) Will continue to keep an eye on it. Judging from what I've seen commented in other areas of the forum it's either to do with overal mission spawning levels / total stations as a whole, and/or the number of hospitals.

    I have 40 Urgent Treatment Centre, up to 80 PTS vehicles are available
    The limit is 25% so 10 missions

    I have found the range limit is 10km, so for missions further than 10km I use the PTS from the Ambulance Station instead
    This can then result in another mission from the same Urgent Treatment Centre!
