I would like to suggest changing the RRV in the Medical Helicopter Station to HEMs Critical Care Car as in the UK Hems have there own responce cars as well and unlike rrv these are crewed with 2-3 in them which would be the crew for the helicopter if it couldnt fly due to weather etc

Tends to vary be service.
Quite often HEMS RRV's still have single clinician on them. Depends on service choice, staffing availability etc. -

Just an update to say HEMS is now being looked at.
Previously it was always a HEMS requirement however at the request of the community this was changed to "critical care requirement" so that it could be fulfilled by air/road as IRL, this has obviously caused more issues.
HEMS has long been a discussion within the advisor team on how to fix it and now the DEVs are keen to get something sorted.
We will bang our heads together a bit more and see what we can come up with.
I will of course update everyone as/when I can.
