Fly Cars and ALS Ambulances

Is anyone running areas with fly cars and ALS ambulances? Or different areas with one having fly cars and one having ALS ambulances? Do you have any issues with going between the two? Maybe some recommendations?

I know. I was just curious if anyone was running ALS ambulances along with fly cars and BLS ambulances. There are parts of the country that do it in real life. I wanted to see how they were making it work logistically.
