Individual Vehicle Graphics

Anyone know why I can't find graphic setting in individual vehicle settings anymore?

You need to go onto the vehicle, go to edit it.

At the bottom it'll say select graphics or upload graphics. Click the upload one and voila

idk if its just my game or not but i dont have that option anymore
