I'm encountering an issue with the quint truck, unfortunately they can't carry any type of equipment, which makes them very unrealistic within the game.
is it possible to modify them and make them comparable to a fire truck or a platform truck?

Quints can absolutely can carry equipment.

ok....I understand now. But really no advantage to EMS equipment on a Quint as they automatically seem to "take a patient" until a BLS or ALS unit arrives. I may be wrong, but that is the way it appears.

To help, does the station you are trying to use it on have the ambulance extension? And in my opinion, the devs messed up the medical equipment big time. but what else is new, lol
