Bomb Disposal Content Pack (CP)

The advisor team have worked hard over the last few weeks to get this CP submitted for development.
We have done our best to keep it as close to realistic as possible for the UK and have steered away from terror related missions.

The CP will be focused around unexplored ordnance from WW2 and will feature;
- 1 x new building
- 1 x new building extension
- 3 x education
- 6 x units
- 12 x new missions

The CP will be EOD Response & Marine EOD Response - To simulate RLC and RN.

The expected release is late April however it goes without saying this may change.

We are looking into this however it depends greatly on how much the devs are willing to lean into what is effectively a step in the general direction of terror related incidents. We’re lucky we have a mission named like that at all.

I am looking forward to this, I will most likely add this in a few months time
I appreciate this is ignoring Terror related incidents, and this makes sense
However if there are only 12 missions related to WW2 munitions this very much ignores some of them more modern issues that the Bomb Disposal units may respond to

As such I may suggest some to be considered which I would expect them to respond to (not Terror related) once those 12 missions have been released, but already I can think of three!

Does this mean we need to get a new training centre or will it be integrated into the Police one?

1. Will those missions possibly include minefield clearing?

2. Will there be expandable missions incase explosions occur during removal of the ordnance that will require other stations such as fire and EMS? (Such as, expandable missions - Driving while under the influence of narcotics to - Collision with Jackknifed Semi-Trailer (Small)

Minefield? No. There are no minefields in mainland UK. There are no plans to include this moving forward at all.

The missions you are naming are not UK missions. If you play on the US server then you will note they already have a version of bomb disposal. This pack will be UK focused. Presently we wanted to ensure a variety of missions initially but I am sure there will be scope for expansions moving forward.
