Honestly I only made AAR for missions that regularly pop up

I did the same, organized them like a nerd but the fast buttons for the specific units along the top of mine are super helpful when a mission requests and additional 2 units and I just double tap and dispatch and off they go.

Some of mine are for units and some are for missions. Most of the smaller missions i just self dispatch them. I usually start with a unit then cancel it and then dispatch based on the required units that show up in the red box on the mission screen.

I have a few mission specific ones for missions I don't like eg. helicopter crash, major CO leak. The rest is self dispatch or what the department im playing sends to certain calls. For structure fire type calls with double digit patient amounts, 2 chiefs, 6 engines, 2 quints, a rescue and 12 medics or so with some other support works well and if I need to add more I just double the amount of resources on scene.
