Bomb Disposal Released!

Thank you for getting back to me. So my west of Scotland dispatch centre coverage area is just for the west of Scotland fire stations and my east of Scotland fire dispatch centre is just for the east of Scotland fire stations. So do I have to rearrange everything again and put the required police, ambulance and EOD etc buildings into the same dispatch centre? I had everything - all stations and services - in the same single dispatch centre and still didn't have any EOD missions.

I had initially all services under one control but someone else advised me to put them under separate services so I did. What I have done now is put my HMNB Clyde EOD team and Western fire stations in the same dispatch centre as my western police and ambulance stations. I am still building up coastguard and lifeboat station but would I now start generating any EOD missions?

It depends on if you have selected the option
Own dispatch area

If you have then only the stations in that Dispatch area apply for possible missions
If not, then it is the total of all the Dispatch areas where is does not apply

Assume you have -
Faslane in West
Drehorn in East
If you have Own Dispatch area selected then it counts only as one Bomb Missions HQ
If not, then both count

Western control is set for just western stations assigned to that dispatch centre. I only have the Faslane EOD team.

Both screenshots show that all services are under the one regional dispatch centre including my EOD base,as shown. I hope this provides some clarity. Would this generate any basic EOD missions until I have built more lifeboat stations etc?

It should do, however it depends on how you have configured both the Fire Stations and the Bomb HQ
If a Fire Station has any type of specialisation, then it will not create Bomb missions
If the Bomb HQ has the marine extension, then currently it does not work

For some reason, as soon as you add the marine extension there is some type of conflict which present missions being created
You can test this by comparing East and West, you will find Dreghorn will create missions without any problem

A few fire stations have extensions but do not have any urban or rural specializations activated. As I previously said,I only have the one EOD base and that is the one at Faslane. My marine extension training is now active but there were no missions spawning before it was active.

I've disabled the marine extension on my bomb disposal HQ so would that help? What about the fire stations with technical rescue,foam extension or ambulance extension,or any with two or all three? Would that affect it? Again,no station is on urban or rural specialization.

Any news on getting EOD added to the Rural and Urban Specialisations?
