Expanding the amount of beds in a hospital does not show which hospital was expanded in the alliance expenditure logs

Not sure if this is more of a "suggestion for improvement" or a bug. I think it's probably an unintentional oversight, so feel free to move this to the suggestions for improvements subforum if this is a suggestion as opposed to a bug,

When you expand an alliance-owned hospital, by upgrading the bed capacity, the alliance expenditure log only surfaces this as "building constructed". Which isn't particularly useful. In fact, it's so vague that it's hard to tell whether beds were added or if a new building altogether was constructed.

This is in direct contrast to adding additional cells at lockups/prisons: they do show the name of the affected lockup in the expenditure list.

I'm unclear if this is also the case for privately owned hospitals, as I do not own any.

There's also this other related bug I have just opened a ticket for: Hospital bed expansions do not show up in the alliance moderator action log/"protocol"

I'm not sure if they're maybe the same bug, or 2 separate bugs. But combined, they make it essentially impossible to track which hospitals have had additional beds added.
