Related to this post, but a separate bug (or perhaps oversight): Expanding the amount of beds in a hospital does not show which hospital was expanded in the alliance expenditure logs
In the alliance moderator action log/"protocol" page (located on "/alliance_logfiles", most building upgrades will be recorded in the logs. This is true for lockup cell upgrades, hospital speciality upgrades, and building new lockups/hospitals/training centres/staging areas. However, for whatever reason, if you add additional beds to a hospital, that will not be recorded in the moderation action log. Combined with the bug linked above, it's basically impossible to tell which hospital had additional beds added. The alliance credits used for it just sort of disappears into the ethos.

The "building constructed" in this screenshot was when I added an additional 10 beds to a hospital. It's nameless, due to the above linked bug:
Yet it doesn't appear anywhere in the moderator action log. Not even a vague "building constructed":
This all makes it challenging to keep track of!
