- Allow the utility unit to carry fire hose equipment. some agencies use mini pumpers as rated engines. fire hose + Wildand equipment makes for a good mini pumper combo
- Alternative is allow the type 5 wildland engine to carry fire hose equipment
- drop swiftwater boat to 10 capacity
- drop group ladder to 10
- Adding dive equipment for FD,PD, Coast Guard for Rescue, Recoveries and boarding operations
