Missionchief Dev this is same on all servers these calls were added to. You have to cancel the ambulance when it arrives then redispatch it for the patient to show

I'm confirming on US server, I had this issue with "Sprained Ankle" EMS onsite, no pt showing. Came to forum to check, then back to game to get screenshot and try canceling the ambo but it looks like call just timed out and despawned.

So I actually had at least 3 of these calls. They disappear from the mission list. Possibly when an ambulance gets onscene, but also possibly at random. Cancelling an ambo does begin pt care. I had an ambo and ems command (to try auto transport) on scene. Canceled the ems command and pt treatment started.

Whem the mossion leaves the mission list, you can get to it with the next or back mission buttons on the peior mission.
