Prisoner Bus

Since we can only get 2 prison vans per station with the extention can we add a prison transport bus with a capacity of like 12-15. its a common vehicle in the us for large numbers of prisoner/inmate transfers. im getting missions with like 15-18 prisoners and it takes way more patrol cars than the mission calls for
