What should I train my personal in?

I am doing a realistic set up, but this one county has a special response team, most trainings I know the equivalent:
Hazmat-Hazmat
Wildland-Hot shot
Etc
But the only 2 im having trouble with are sonar techs and mechanics, what should I train them as?
