Training Centres - QoL improvements needed

As the game continues to add more and more aspects, the number of courses keeps increasing and it has started to create a major QoL/UX problem in my opinion. The "select course" drop down is a confusing mess.

There is no order, or logical progression within this list, and anyone that isnt confident to the game is going to get a bit overwhelmed fast in knowing what training they need and what training they dont. Now, I have to give a bit of credit where credit is due and say it is in largely alphabetical order, which is a lot better than it could be (see map filter suggestion) but I dont think this is the correct approach for this list, instead, I think they need to be grouped by extension, with a small sub title.

So instead the list would be ordered something like:

Base

Dog Handling
Roads Policing Officer
Firearms
Drone Operator
Police Sergeant
Police Inspector
Police Aviation

Public Order

Level 1 Public Order
Level 2 Public Order
Police Medic (I think at least its PO only?)
Mounted

Railway

Railway Policing
Mobile Operations Management

Bomb Disposal

Bomb Disposal
EOD Commander
Marine Bomb Disposal


That kind of formatting, with smaller sub titles, would go a long way to making sure the list was consistant, and when new courses, for new aspects are added (such as Airport Policing, Marine Policing, CID, Rural, etc etc) that its as easy as possible to find the desired training.

Id be surprised if adding that kind of sub-title in the list would be that hard. Only really a beginner when it comes to coding, but im sure its possible.

Those are probably very very different "courses" per say, and I could see them wanting to keep it different for each.

Though Drone Operator would be one that I do wonder if it could be combined (fire, police and SAR all have their own Drone courses)

Yep, definetly would make sense. Though didnt even realise that Fire could get drones until I went looking for this post

That is definetly a better grouping than mine. Though I was semi-going by extension. Build an extension/building (i.e mass cass or HART base) and you see what courses you'll need for it listed together. But that only works cleanly for Police and SARs though because something like SORT is both Mass Cass and base.
