No can share missions

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help me. About a week ago, the game suddenly stopped letting me share missions with the members of my alliance. The share buttons at the top and bottom are completely missing.

I've already contacted support through the in-game chat, but unfortunately they are completely ignoring the actual problem. The only response I keep getting is that I'm using unauthorized scripts, which is simply not true. The issue happens in every browser on my PC and also in the Android app. I know at least one other player who has exactly the same problem, and they're being told the same thing.

Can anyone actually help? I find it very disrespectful to be accused of cheating when I haven't done anything wrong. I'm just trying to figure out what's causing this issue and how to fix it.

I know its a bit of a dumb question, but sometimes the most obvious thing is the cause.

Yes, I am in an alliance. Through a member of my alliance, I found out that someone they know is experiencing the same issue.
He even tried leaving the alliance and joining it again, but that didn't solve the problem.

This situation is really frustrating.

The support chat is practically non-existent, and the little they have told me has been vague and, honestly, quite disrespectful. They are accusing me of using scripts when I haven't used any at all. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I also haven't received any notification or explanation telling me whether this is happening because my account has been partially restricted.

I would really like to contact support through a better channel and get this situation clarified. I've spent money on the game, and honestly, I've never experienced anything like this with any other game or service.

That's the biggest problem with support, they don't do a good job with getting back to you and they're not very helpful. I'm not even sure how you go about proving to them that you aren't breaking the rules. I'm sorry this happened to you. I would ask them what you need to do in order to prove that you aren't using bots to play.

Thank you for your concern. I will keep trying to contact support, but it is quite disappointing... The only "bot" I am using is ChatGPT to translate this in the best possible way.
