missions not arriving

I am. I have a load of missions currently where the vehicle has arrived and the mission is still yellow, not going to green to start the completion timer. I have clicked the reload but it just stays yellow, I have having this on the UK version

Same here -ambulances arrived at mission but doing nothing.

Had 0 missions spawn while I was on my break at work 8 minutes and nothing refresh did nothing close and reopen did nothing

Hi,is anyone unable to login to the UK sever? I was logged in then missions weren't loading so after refreshing the page I was logged out. Now I can't log in.

I have no trouble logging into the UK server.

is the game not working? my crews been on runs for almost 12 hours with no progress.

It's a problem across all servers

I have had no issues with the game whatsoever and am unable to replicate the issues being described.

Can those who are experiencing issues please confirm they have tried clicking the reload button next to the units who have “arrival” or similar in their eta section and that they have reloaded their game / browser.

The issue started about
Tuesday 04 August 14:00
By 15:00 the game had frozen
Shortly after the server would not respond, but this did not last very long

Any missions underway had frozen
New missions were very slow to commence

I have had this same issue in the past, this was my solution, and it works almost every time -
I then went through every mission and cancelled all units
Wait until ALL units are back at station, no vehicles showing on map
Start one mission at a time, until all are completed

This morning I still had three missions stalled, so repeated the above
