Once again the labor day missions do not load. Just to be sure, I checked disable event missions, saved the setting, refreshed, then unchecked disable event missions, and saved again and refreshed again.
This has been an issue for multiple years.

dido here, ran over a thousand and got 0, and my settings are correct incase someone comments on that

Ok....now this morning I will have to agree with you. Yesterday there were "Labor Day Events". Now today there are "Labor Day Missions" to be completed and "Labor Day Events" showing. But there are absolutely "Zero" Labor Day Missions showing up. But it appears based on some of the requirements you can complete the EVENTS, but no missions.

I’m starting to get Labor Day missions, looks like they are active this year.

They did not come on until after midnight last night I don't think... and they did not implement the double credits until halfway through the day.
