SWAT as Patrol

id love for this feature to happen , every police force in the UK have armed response patrolling along with ordinary "patrol cars"

not very realistic though, although isnt quite a few american patrols already armed?

it is realistic , every uk force has a few armed response vehicles on patrol on any one time patrolling ! how can you say it isnt realistic ? yes some american patrols are armed . i think it depends on each state .

Technically all American cops are armed but you wouldn't see a SWAT Bearcat patrolling however on our list is a SWAT SUV and maybe that can have a patrol function

The unit that is currently in the game is intended to be a bearcat or MRAP style SWAT unit. What we are imagining is SUVs would carry two SWAT officers, but you would need three on scene to equal one bearcat.

I think it is a great ideay that you can use the SWAT Vehicle as normal Patrol car. often I need a swat car and nothing is free but I have 3 or 4 SWAT at station. Also I think it is good that the swat can respond with up to 2 officers

Leesville PD certain patrol officers double as swat with the proper education. also in most cities that i know of here, swat still has patrol cars, marked with a swat decal on the truck and still has required patrols and required street shifts
